(1.) This petition has been filed under Sec. 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking for terminating the Mandate of the Arbitrator.

(2.) The petitioner has raised the following grounds for seeking termination of the Mandate of the Arbitrator:-
