JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Civil Revision Petition challenges the Order passed by the learned II Additional District Munsif at Coimbatore in I.A. No.4 of 2023 and I.A. No.5 of 2023 in O.S. No.1619 of 2011.

(2.) The Suit in O.S. No.1619 of 2011 has been filed seeking for the following reliefs:
