JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District and the Inspector of Police, Thiruppulani police station, Ramanathapuram District are suo motu impleaded as respondents 6 and 7.

(2.) Mr.A.Albert James, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the impleaded respondents.

(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the order passed by this Court has since been complied with. He would further add that the Hon'ble Division Bench has also sustained the order of this Court. When the matter was taken up for hearing again under the caption ''for being mentioned'', it was submitted that on account of the efforts taken by the jurisdictional police, Jamath in question had issued NOC in the format as sought for by the petitioner. I place on record my deepest appreciation of Thiru.G.Chandeesh, Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram District for the immediate response shown by him. The jurisdictional police are also complimented.
