JUDGEMENT

(1.) By relying on a sale deed dtd. 2/11/2015 and patta No.1678, the petitioner applied online for the survey of 2.06 ares in survey No. 305/2B2A in Muthalvarpatty Village. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

(2.) Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the fourth respondent. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that notice would be issued to adjacent landowners and their objections would be considered before taking a decision.

(3.) The petitioner has placed on record a sale deed dtd. 2/11/2015 and the patta. Prima facie, there appears to be a minor discrepancy between the sale deed area of 202.52 square meters and the patta area of 206 square meters. This aspect may be examined by the revenue officials before taking a decision. It is also necessary to issue notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and consider their objections, if any.
