(1.) This revision petition has been filed to direct the First Appellate Court to admit the unnumbered I.A.No... of 2023, filed by the petitioner under Order XLI Rule 21 of CPC, in A.S.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the Sub-Court, Gobichettipalayam.

(2.) The 6th defendant in O.S.No.375 of 2006 is the revision petitioner.

(3.) I have heard Mr.S.Mukunth, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.N.Krishnakumar, for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.V.Arun, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3.
