(1.) The above second appeal arise out of the judgment and decree dated dtd. 25/7/2019 made in A.S.No.5 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Udumalpet, confirming the judgment and decree dtd. 7/12/2018 made in O.S.No.506 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Udumalpet.
