JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appeal by the defendant, who suffers money decree in O.S.No.458 of 2014 on the file of I Additional District Court, Coimbatore for Rs.9,47,000.00 with interest at the rate of 15% p.a., from 1/5/2014 to 4/9/2014 and thereafter, interest at the rate of 12% p.a., from the date of the suit till the date of decree (20/4/2022) and 6% p.a., interest from the date of decree till the date of realisation.
