JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to survey the Punja land with the help of the fourth respondent Police in Document No. 2710/2022 vide Patta No.3146 bearing S.No.563/1B to an extent of 57 Cents, S.No. 563/2A to an extent of 34 cents and in Patta No.1901 in S.No.576/1 to an extent of 63 cents situated at Uthumalai Village, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tenkasi District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dtd. 29/3/2023.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

(3.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation dtd. 29/3/2023 was made seeking a survey of the subject property. Since no action has been taken by the respondents 1 to 3, the present writ petition has been filed.
