JUDGEMENT

(1.) As per the order of this Court dtd. 5/11/2025, Mr.S.Saravanan, I.A.S, The District Collector, Dindigul District, Dr.S.Visakan I.A.S., Managing Director, TASMAC Limited, Egmore, Chennai 600 008 and Mr.S.M.Murugan, The District Manager, TASMAC, Dindigul District are present before this Court today.

(2.) The second respondent/ Managing Director/TASMAC Limited, Egmore, Chennai has filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court and the relevant para reads as follows:

(3.) Based on the undertaking given by the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.1,15,66,137.00which is the sale amount for the period between 16/10/2025 and 5/11/2025, to the credit of LAOP No.64 of 2019 & etc., batch .
