JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed challenging the order of dismissal passed by the Tribunal in M.C.O.P.No.1541 of 2022 dtd. 10/9/2024 and by granting compensation of Rs.6,76,500.00 with interest at the rate of 7.5% P.A from date of filing of the petition within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties herein are referred to as per their rank before the Tribunal.
