JUDGEMENT

(1.) These appeals are arising against the order dtd. 2/11/2018 passed in SC.No.154 of 2015.

(2.) Crl.A.No.815 of 2018 has been filed by the accused 2 and 3 viz., Viswanathan (A2) and Kalaivani (A3), in which the 2nd accused Viswanathan died on 13/5/2023. As a consequence, the appeal against him is ordered as abated.

(3.) Crl.A.No.832 of 2018 has been filed by Oosi @ Soundarajan (A1), Gangai Amaran(A4), Karthik (A5), Anbazhagan (A7) and Ramasamy (A9).
