JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 01 March, 2014 in I.A.No.37 of 2014 in O.S.No.749 of 2013, whereby and whereunder, the learned Second Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, was pleased to dismiss the application filed by the petitioner to reject the plaint by invoking Order 7 Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure.

(2.) The first respondent herein filed a suit in O.S.No.749 of 2013, before the Principal Sub Court, Madurai, for a decree of declaration that he is the Managing Trustee of Puliyadi A.Balusamy Iyer Trust. The first respondent claimed other incidental reliefs against the petitioner herein.

(3.) The petitioner, after appearance before the Trial Court, filed an application in I.A.No.37 of 2014 to reject the plaint.
