JUDGEMENT

(1.) The writ petition filed by the Graduate Assistant working in a Government Higher Secondary School seeking promotion to the Post Graduate Assistant having been dismissed by the learned Judge, she has come up with the above writ appeal.

(2.) Heard Mr.N.Sivakumar, learned Counsel for the appellant.

(3.) The appellant herein was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in 1986. She completed a degree in English Literature in May 1988, a one year degree in B.Ed., in December 1989 and a two years Post Graduate degree in English Literature in October 1990.
