JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is working as a Lab Assistant. The petitioner has passed M.Sc., PGDCA, DOM, Account Test for Subordinate Officers Part -I, Typewriting.

(2.) The petitioner made a representation dated 01.10.2015 to various authorities including the Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai, seeking necessary orders of relaxation, so as to appoint her to the post of Junior Assistant, as there is a vacancy in the post of Junior Assistant.

(3.) It is the case of the petitioner that she is in possession of all qualification for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant. Further, it is the case of the petitioner that if she is not posted as Junior Assistant by necessary relaxation order, she will be stagnated as Lab Assistant and she would retire only as Lab Assistant. She could become Assistant and Superintendent only, if she is posted as Junior Assistant. Hence, she made a representation dated 01.10.2015 in this regard. The copy of the said representation and acknowledgement are enclosed in the typed set of papers.
