S RAJINIKANTH Vs. RAJA HOLDINGS (ARM)

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The first respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.51 of 2013 before the Principal District Judge, Thanjavur on the strength of promissory notes, stated to have been executed by respondents 2 and 3.

(2.) The petitioners were shown as defendants 3 and 4.

(3.) The petitioners, on appearance before the trial Court, filed an application in I.A.No.14 of 2014 to remove them from the array of defendants as provided under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of Civil Procedure Code. The application was dismissed by the learned trial Judge after contest.
