JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to accept the petitioner's Passport Application No.15 -1003178635 and issue Passport expeditiously.
