JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr.S.Jeyasingh, learned Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.Pala.Ramasamy, learned Counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

(2.) By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

(3.) The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the Respondent No.3 to provide Rs.1,24,000/ - Education Loan per year instead of Rs.65,000/ -per year to the petitioner's son namely Thanushkumar, studying B.E. (Bio -Medical) first year at Athyamaan College of Engineering, Dr.M.G.R.Nagar, Hosur by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2015 in accordance with law within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
