JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his application dated 11.04.2015 for the issue of Community Certificate to his daughter.

(2.) Heard Mr.T.Antony Arul Raj, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Alagudevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The petitioner has submitted an application on 11.04.2015, for grant of Community Certificate to his daughter. According to the petitioner he belongs to the Hindu Parayar, which is classified as Scheduled Caste.
