JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is at the instance of the defendant in O.S.No.216 of 2015 on the file of learned Principal District Munsif, Tuticorin and the prayer is to strike off the plaint primarily on the ground of re-litigation.

(2.) This Court issued notice to the respondents on 09 June, 2015, and stayed the further proceedings in O.S.No.216 of 2015. The interim injunction granted by the Trial Court was suspended.

(3.) The respondents entered appearance and filed counter.
