JUDGEMENT

(1.) As only a short point is involved in this revision, we shall dispose of the same today at the admission stage itself.

(2.) This revision arises out of dismissal of I.A.No.329 of 2008, in O.S.No.355 of 2001 by the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, K.K. District.

(3.) The defendants 1 and 2 in O.S.No.355 of 2001 have filed I.A.No.329 of 2008 under Section 10 C.P.C. to stay the said suit in view of the pendency of S.A.(MD) No.1157 of 2005 before this Court.
