JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner passed B.E. (Computer Science and Engineering) in the third respondent College which is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The petitioner studied in the year 2009 -2013 and passed out. He enclosed all the mark sheets in the typed set of papers. According to him, he passed B.E. (Computer Science and Engineering) course. His grievance is he is not given the consolidated mark sheet and the provisional certificate.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel on either side.

(3.) If the petitioner has possessed B.E. (Computer Science and Engineering) in 2013, there is no reason for the University in not issuing the consolidated mark statement and the provisional certificate. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, not furnishing the consolidated mark statement and provisional certificate, has caused him lot of difficulties to the petitioner to pursue his career as well as for other purposes.
