JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to perform the cultural programme of Adal Padal scheduled to be held on 08.12.2015 and 09.12.2015.

(2.) By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
