JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer in the writ petition is to quash the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchengode/second respondent dated 8.7.2013 and to direct the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited/third respondent to grant BPC dealership in favour of the petitioner as per the selection conducted on 23.1.2012.

(2.) The prayer in the Criminal Original Petition is to quash the FIR in Crime No.635 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pallipalayam Police Station, Pallipalayam, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District.

(3.) For the sake of convenience the parties in these cases will be referred to by their name.
