S. SOUNDARAPANDIAN Vs. R. SRINIVASAN AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The respondents herein were working as the Operators in a factory, called 'Carborandum Universal Ltd.' located at Hosur, wherein, the petitioner is working as Deputy General Manager (Human Resources). The respondents have moved private complaints before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur under Section 200 Cr.P.C. against the petitioner, for punishing him for the offence of criminal defamation under Sections 499 and 500 IPC.
