S SOMAN Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The revision petitioner is the 4th defendant in O.S.No.11 of 2002 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 at Hosur.

(2.) The aforesaid suit in O.S.No.11 of 2002 was filed by B.V.Kesavalu. In the suit, B.V.Kesavalu had shown Mr.B.V.Rajagopal, who is the brother of B.V.Kesavalu, as the sole defendant.

(3.) Both the Kesavalu and Rajagopal had died during the pendency of the suit.
