PERUMAL Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) ACCUSED 1 to 3 in S. C. No. 97 of 1998 on the file of Principal Sessions Court, Madras are the appellants herein. They have been convicted for the offences under Section 341 and 302 read with 34 I. P. C. , by the Trial Court. Challenging the same, this appeal has been filed.
