(1.) PLAINTIFF is the appellant.

(3.) ON the above pleadings, the trial Court has held that the quantity loaded in the wagon is not 55.800 Metric tonnes and there is no shortage and as such the plaintiff is not entitled to a decree and dismissed the suit with costs.
