JUDGEMENT

(1.) Even though the matter has been listed on few occasions under the caption "for reporting settlement" at the request of the learned counsel on either side, the learned counsels are unable to report settlement.

(2.) This Original Side Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree of the learned Single Judge dtd. 23/2/2022 in C.S.No.175 of 2021.

(3.) The appellants filed the suit in C.S.No.175 of 2021 for the following reliefs :
