(1.) Challenging the proceedings of the notification of the third respondent viz., employment advertisement (Proceedings Nil dated Nil) which was published in Dinakaran Daily dtd. 13/10/2021, the present petition has been preferred. The petitioner further seeks a direction to the respondents to permit him to compete for the post of Office Assistant.
