(1.) These four Criminal Original Petitions are by Pandiyarajan and Allah Pitchai, who are the 4th & 6th Accused in C.C. No.7922/2024 pending on the file of the Principal Special Court for NDPS cases at Chennai.

(2.) The 4th Accused Pandiarajan is the Petitioner in Crl.O.P. Nos.13636 & 13637 of 2024.

(3.) The 6th Accused-M. Allah Pichai is the Petitioner in Crl.O.P. Nos.13641 & 13643 of 2024.
