T.CHINNARAJA Vs. STATE OF TAMIL NADU

JUDGEMENT

(1.) These writ petitions have been filed by various technicians of Madurai Milk Producers Co-operative Society Limited challenging the order passed by the Commissioner of Milk Production and Dairy Development dtd. 28/12/2022 and the consequential order passed by the General Manager, Madurai District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited dtd. 4/1/2023.

(2.) Since common issues are involved, these writ petitions are tagged together and a common order is being passed.

(3.) The Madurai District Co-operative Milk Producer's Union had issued an employment Notification on 19/6/2019 in Advertisement No.2 of 2019 calling for applications to the post of Technician (Electrical), Technician (Operation), Technician (Refrigeration) and Technician(Boiler).The Notification was issued for filling up 12 vacancies for the above said four posts. Out of 12 vacancies, only for 6 vacancies, posting orders were issued in February and March 2020.
