(1.) The petitioner claims to be the tenant of the building in question. She has alleged that the owner of of the building is trying to evict her by force. In this regard, she has given a complaint to the respondent police on 03.10.2014. Since, no action has been taken on the same by the respondent police, the petitioner has come up with Crl.O.P. No. 27599 of 2014 seeking to register a case and she has also filed Crl.O.P. No. 27604 of 2014 not to harass her by interfering in the civil dispute pending between her and the owner of the building.
(2.) These two petitions have come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor taking notice for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.
(3.) So far as the direction sought for by the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No. 27599 of 2014 to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of her complaint dated 03.10.2014 is concerned, I find that there are no allegations making out cognizable offence requiring investigation by the respondent police. Hence, I am inclined to dismiss this petition. Accordingly, Crl.O.P. No. 27599 of 2014 is dismissed.
