JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD both sides.

(2.) ACCORDING to the Petitioner, the petitioner is the President of the Festival Committee of Srikaliamman Temple at Uthupatti, Theni District. They are going to celebrate Srikaliamman Temple Festival and many devotees in and around the village and from various other parts of State would come and worship the deity. The aforesaid festival is scheduled on 09.12.2014 and 10.12.2014.

(3.) IN this connection, the petitioner approached the respondent on 27.11.2014 seeking permission to stage Programmes on 10.12.2014. Till date, the respondent has not taken any action in the subject matter in issue.
