JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 5.

(2.) The respondents 6 to 10 in the present writ petition have been given up by the petitioner and an endorsement has also been made to that effect, by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

(3.) The main contention raised on behalf of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that the Debts Recovery Tribunal -II, Chennai, has passed an interim order, dated 27.12.2013, in I.A.Nos.600, 601 and 602 of 2013, which reads as follows: i. IA -600/2013: - Respondents 2, 3 and 5/Defendants 2,3 and 5 are directed not to leave India without the permission of this Tribunal, pending disposal of OA -254/2013. Respondents 2, 3 and 5/Defendants 2, 3 and 5 are directed to surrender their Indian Passports to the Registrar of this Tribunal, on or before 30.01.2014.
