JUDGEMENT

(1.) AS all the above writ petitions are inter -connected with each other, they are disposed of by way of this common order.

(2.) THREE writ petitions in W.P.(MD).Nos.10257 of 2012 and W.P.(MD).Nos.4131 & 5689 of 2013 are related to withdrawal of cheque signing power of the petitioner, President of the Manthithoppu Village Panchayat, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi. The other two writ petitions in W.P.(MD).Nos.3399 & 8560 of 2013 are related to the proceedings initiated against the petitioner -President of the said Panchayat, under Section 205 of the Panchayat Act to remove him from the post of President.
