JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order, dated 10.09.2003, made in E.P. No. 259 of 2001 in O.S. No. 1181 of 1981, on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

(2.) THE petitioners are the plaintiffs, whereas the respondent is the defendant in the suit in O.S. No. 1181 of 1981 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

(3.) HEARD Mr. S.P. Maharajan, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners. Though notice was served on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, he has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.
