JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order, dated 15.03.2011, passed in I.A. No.99 of 2011 in O.S. No.95 of 2009, by the learned District Munsif, Oddanchatram.

(2.) THE petitioners are the plaintiffs, whereas the respondents are the defendants in the suit in O.S. No.95 of 2009 on the file of District Munsif Court, Oddanchatram.
