JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the appellant, as well as the respondent.

(2.) This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order of the learned single Judge, dated 24.6.2014, made in W.P.No. 16063 of 2014.

(3.) The appellant herein had filed the Writ Petition before this court, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for and quash the impugned order of the respondent, dated 21.5.2014, insofar as it relates to the appellant and to direct the respondent to transfer and post the appellant in the vacancy available, at Krishnagiri Rural Roads Section.
