This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 29/4/2008 passed in A.S.No.394 of 2004 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul as reversing the judgment and decree dated 16/3/2000 passed in O.S.No.390 of 1997 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul.
