JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to release the petitioner's vehicle namely Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 19 Y 8341 forthwith.

(2.) EVEN though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents dated 08.05.2014, the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction.

(3.) IN the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
