JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor are present.

(2.) THE Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.08.2014.

(3.) IN view of the same and considering the limited nature of the relief sought for herein, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to deal with the complaint received, in accordance with the directions of the Hon'ble Apex Court as stated supra. In the event of the FIR being registered, the same shall be investigated and final report be filed as expeditiously as possible. In the event of the failure on the part of the respondent to exercise statutory duty cast on him, in the light of the directions issued above, it is always open to the petitioner to invoke Sections 154(3) or 156(3) Cr.P.C or work out further remedy in accordance with law.
