THE petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue the Community Certificate at an early date to the petitioner pursuant to her application dated 05.5.2004 so as to enable the petitioner to produce the same for admission in Diploma in Teacher Education Course.
