MUTHU AIYAR Vs. CHIDAMBARA AIYAR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) It being found that a money payment was made to Thailu's father we are not prepared to differ from the courts below in their opinion as to the nature of the marriage. That being so the plaintiff as the paternal uncle of the deceased was clearly entitled in preference to the appellant.

(2.) The appeal is therefore dismissed with costs.
