JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the Order, dtd. 7/4/2018 passed in MCOP No.312 of 2013 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Court), Kulithalai.

(2.) The Petitioner is the Second Respondent and the First Respondent is the Petitioner/Claimant in MCOP No.312 of 2013.
