JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to shift the TASMAC No.6933 situated at Bagavath Singh Road,Mathavan Nagar Kudiyiruppu, Near Paramakudi Bus Stand, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District to some other place in the light of the Peace Committee Meeting Resolution, dtd. 15/3/2022 in Na.Ka.No.A2/25/2022, on the file of the fourth respondent by considering the Petitioner's representation, dtd. 1/12/2020 and 21/6/2021.

(2.) According to the Petitioner, as per the guidelines, the respondent/TASMAC Corporation cannot give permission to run the TASMAC shop in question in the aforesaid place.

(3.) This aspect has to be considered by the authorities concerned taking into consideration the locality in which the TASMAC Shop is situated and all the other surrounding aspects.
