JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellants / petitioners have filed the present appeal against the judgment and decree passed in M.C.O.P.No.104 of 1991, on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli.

The respondent in his counter has submitted that the accident took place due to the rash and negligent driving by the driver of the Pandian Roadways Corporation bus and that the respondent's driver had driven the bus in a careful and cautious manner. It was submitted that the claim was excessive.
