KARUPPANNAN Vs. SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner was upgraded as Head Constable w.e.f. 22.7.2000 from Grade I Police Constable. He was further promoted as Special Sub-Inspector of Police w.e.f. 1.8.2011. But, he is still paid the pay of Grade I Police Constable is the grievance of the petitioner.

(2.) ACCORDING to the petitioner, he is not paid the pay of Head Constable as well as the pay of Special Sub-Inspector of Police.

(3.) HEARD the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
