JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to to direct the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the Grama natham land in Survey No.1007/1, 1007/2, 1007/3 and 1008/1 in Kannamanaickanur village, Marulpatty, Udumalpet Taluk, Coimbatore District measuring an extent of 1.38 acres.
