JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitions have been filed seeking to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No.128 of 2012, on the file of the respondent police.

(2.) THE criminal original petitions were referred for mediation to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, by the order of this Court, dated 09.07.2013.

(3.) AS the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 17.09.2013, the petitions are listed for passing orders in terms of the said Joint Memo.
