(1.) Since the issue raised in all these writ petitions is common, all these writ petitions are taken up together for hearing and a common order is passed.
(2.) The petitioner passed B.A. English (Computer Application) in the year 2008. She studied the said course in Vysya College in Salem, which is affiliated to Periyar University, the second respondent. Thereafter, based on the said qualification, she studied B.Ed in English at Mahendra Educational Institution, Minnampalli, Salem District in 2009. She also studied M.A (English) at Sri Saradha College for Women in Salem and passed the same in the year 2011. This college is also affiliated to the second respondent University.
(3.) The petitioner passed B.Sc. (Statistics), M.Sc. (Statistics) and B.Ed (Mathematics). The Mathematics subject was the ancillary subject in B.Sc (Statistics). He registered his name in the employment exchange with the above qualification on 5.5.1992. He worked as P.G. Assistant (Mathematics) from 1992 to 31.5.2011 in various private higher secondary schools.
